The Challenge

The goal was to build a centralized source of truth for the entire showing lifecycle while keeping the interface fast and simple enough for field use. That meant consolidating availability across stakeholders, reducing approval friction, and ensuring offers/attachments are handled with auditability instead of spreadsheets.
